Who are we?
I’m Dan, I’m 26 years old and for the past five years I’ve had the amazing opportunity to work in the tourism sector. I have personally witnessed the transforming influence of travel throughout my career, and I have direct knowledge of how it can awaken our sense of wonder and curiosity. I came to the realisation that I wanted to turn my love of travel into a career that I genuinely enjoyed during this period.
So I sorted out my backpack and bought my first ticket off to Portugal where my real travelling journey began! I place to experience and see many hidden places and gems and share my experiences with you .
What we are all about!
TravelEscaper is an idea of removing ourselves from our day to day life working and keeping up out normally routines. Travelling is disruption in our lives but with a positive impact, we learn, we grown and we teach from our travelling experiences.
It’s easy to become bogged down in our everyday routines in today’s fast-paced culture and overlook the magnificence that exists elsewhere. TravelEscaper was developed to serve as a constant reminder that the world is waiting to be discovered just outside of our current comfort zones.
Through some of my exploration I hope I can bring you some insight and hidden gems on places you can go and find your next adventure in. Here’s a famous Chinese quote that I love ‘Don’t listen to what they say, go see”, a reminder to go out and experience for yourself.
